§ Mr. MellorI refer to the answer given to my hop. Friend the Member for Falmouth and Camborne (Mr. Mudd) on 2 June 1981, in which my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Energy announced that my Department will contribute £11,500 in 1981–82 towards the costs of neighbourhood energy action. The Manpower Services Commission is contributing an equal amount. The Department is also making available £93,000 for grants to help voluntary organisations get community insulation projects under way.
