86Wprovision at local level of a wide range of services by health and local authorities, voluntary organisations and others. This requires close collaboration between the various local statutory authorities and voluntary organisations in the planning and provision of services and this is encouraged by the Department.
In this, the International Year of Disabled People, I am sure that all concerned will do all they can to further its aims of greater integration and participation of disabled people.
