§ Mr. RifkindIn present circumstances, the scheme could begin no earlier than the financial year 1985–86, but 373W no commitment is possible at this stage. My Department is keeping a careful watch on the problem at Dunbeath and in addition has a number of schemes for A9 in its preparation pool.
