Member for Norwich, South on 8 June, Official Report, c. 9–10, which industries had, at 30 April, received £11 million in general support for manufacturing industry under section 8 of the Industry Act 1972.
§ Mr. MacGregorAll sectors of manufacturing industry are eligible for this support. The offers which have so far been made cover the following industrial sectors
Chemicals and allied industries; metal manufacturing; mechanical engineering; electrical engineering; vehicles; metal goods; and paper, printing and publishing.
