asked the Secretary of State for Trade if the accidents investigation branch will be entering any caveats to the report of the Spanish aviation authorities on the crash of the Dan Air Boeing 727 at Tenerife on 25 April 1980; what further discussions are taking place between the British and Spanish authorities about the report; and if he will make a statement.
