§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe British Railways Board has said that it intends to retain the Woodhead tunnel, and the track laid between Penistone and Hadfield, for some time after closure. Any decision on the eventual disposal of the tunnel is entirely a matter for the board and not for Government.
