§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe Government's policy of establishing realistic energy prices backed by appropriate advice and research, together with incentives and regulations where necessary, is promoting energy-consciousness and encouraging conservation. We shall continually review the need for further steps to maintain the momentum already achieved.
