§ Mr. MonroThere is no statutory provision which would enable an allotment tenancy to be terminated by three months' notice to quit. But a tenancy may, in some circumstances, be terminated by re-entry after three months' notice. The relevant provision is section 1 of the Allotments Act 1922 (as amended by section 1 of the Allotments Act 1950).
