§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in view of the Egyptian Government's appeal to Egyptian nationals who are nuclear scientists and engineers to return home to assist in establishing a nuclear energy development plan, whether he will arrange for all Egyptians who have come to the United Kingdom for a limited period, or on such work, to have their periods of stay shortened, or not extended.
