§ Mr. Eyre:We have deficits and surpluses with various parts of the world. Our deficit with the Community last year was equivalent to about 80 per cent. of our overall deficit.
§ Mr. Shoreasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) what was the value of Great Britain's exports to and imports from the Common Market as a whole and each of the member countries in 1979 and in each year since 1972 in respect of trade in crude oil and in petroleum products respectively;
(2) what was the value of Great Britain's exports to, and imports from, the Common Market as a whole and each of the member countries in 1979 and in each year since 1972.
