§ Mr. HayhoeThe review made 98 recommendations, some concerning the398W responsibilities of the Ministry of Defence, some the responsibilities of the Department of the Environment and others joint responsibilities. Most of them are in course of implementation. In particular, property which was under-utilised pending major reorganisation and deployment of Service units will now be fully utilised or disposed of.
