§ Mr. ParkinsonBoth Her Majesty's Government and the European Commission fully recognise that the cutbacks demanded of Community producers must498W not be undermined by excessive imports from third country suppliers. The Community's surveillance system already in operation for imports from these sources helps the Commission and member States to monitor trends and to pinpoint potential sources of difficulty.
