§ Mr. HayhoeThere are some 92,000 Service married quarters in the United Kingdom, about 21,000 of which are vacant, but not all of these are surplus; some have been allocated, some are awaiting repair and some are held for proposed or possible future deployments. However, we are pressing ahead with the disposal of surplus quarters.
