§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Aberdeen South on 27 February, giving details of the personnel of the Scottish Development Agency, if he plans that the personnel will be reduced; and, if so, when and by how many.
§ Mr. YoungerThe Scottish Development Agency cannot be exempt from the Government's general policy of curbing the growth of public service manpower, and our decisions as to its complement will have full regard to this as well as to the tasks it is set.
