The provision of a new officers' mess at Havannah barracks, Bordon is part of a major works project to modernise and extend the barracks to accommodate the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, 9 Field Workshop REME and the permanent staff of the Central Volunteer Headquarters REME.
