HC Deb 10 March 1980 vol 980 c405W
Mr. Churchill

asked the Attorney-General how many years' reckonable service is required for a member of the judiciary in the grade analogous in terms of salary to an hon. Member to obtain a full pension; and what proportion of the pension would be of final salary.

The Solicitor-General

There is no judicial office equivalent in salary terms to that of hon. Members.
