§ Sir Ian GilmourWe are in constant touch with our Community partners on the whole range of North/South issues. The Luxembourg European Council on 27–28 April took note of the Brandt report and expressed the view that it might usefully be taken into consideration in the drafting of the European position in the context of North/South relations. Consultations with our Community partners will thus cover questions arising from the report's recommendations.
