§ Mr. HurdThe Foreign Ministers of the Nine agreed in September and November 1979 that they favoured the resumption of the technical work of the Euro-Arab dialogue. Officials of the Nine are discussing with the Secretary General of the Arab League in Tunis the best means of re-opening the dialogue.
