When they intend to make the Statement on jury vetting which they said on 20th May 1980 would be made "within the next few weeks" (Vol. 409, No. 133, col. 904).
The LORD CHANCELLORThe Attorney General was obliged to postpone his proposed Statement following a decision of the Court of Appeal which made it desirable that he should have further consultation with the Home Secretary and myself. However, he has indicated that it is his intention to make a Statement before the Recess.
