HC Deb 22 July 1980 vol 989 c215W
Mr. Ashley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to his reply on 9 July to the right hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South, who raised objections and what they were to the recommendations of the Committee on the Review of Medicines that there should be separate and district entries for contra indications, precautions, warnings and adverse effects on data sheets.

Sir George Young

No objections were received to these recommendations, but the implementation of data sheet changes has been deferred to avoid possible conflict with the outcome of related EEC proposals.
