§ Mr. BrittanWe are keeping the operation of this Act under review, and shall be interested to see whether the Criminal Law Revision Committee forms any views on it in the course of the review of the law on sexual offences which it, in consultation with the Policy Advisory Committee on Sexual Offences, is carrying out.
