§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if it is his policy that local authorities shall be allowed only to spend moneys raised on the disposal of assets in the same key sectors as those in which the disposals take place from 1981–82 onwards; and what assessment he has made of the extent to which such a policy will inhibit disposals.
