asked the Secretary of State for the Environment by what date the Upper Committee Floor committee rooms were due to be completed; and who is contracted to perform the work.

The new Committee Rooms on the Upper Committee Floor are expected to be completed by the end of the Easter Recess as planned. Four contractors have been engaged by the Department for this work—McLaughlin and Harvey Ltd., Barratt and Wright, William Steward and Co. Ltd. and Tannoy Ltd.
