§ Mr. Michael RobertsI am unable to say how many independent further education establishments; there are in Wales, or what subjects they teach. There are two independent further education establishments in Wales which I recognise as efficient. These are Outward Bound and the United World College of the Atlantic. A variety of adventure training courses is available at Outward Bound; the United World College of the Atlantic provides a two-year course in preparation for the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
