§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsTraining remains primarily the responsibility of industry. In addition, during 1980–81 a higher number of young people in Wales than ever before—about 23,000—are expected to benefit from the training and work experience opportunities provided under the expanded youth opportunities programme.
