§ Mr. RaisonThe information requested is not available separately for each section or subsection of the Aliens Restriction 135W (Amendment) Act 1919. The information available relates to persons proceeded against and found guilty at magistrates' courts for all offences under the operative Acts or Orders in Council thereunder and is published annually in " Criminal Statistics, England and Wales" (offence classification 102 of table 1(a) of the volume for 1978, Cmnd. 7670). This information shows that a prosecution under the Act of 1919 was completed during 1978. Information on the number of persons deported following convictions under the Acts is not available.
