asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what repre- 752W sentations he has received from the Joint Committee on Mobility for the Disabled concerning the need for the mobility allowance to have been raised to £12 a week immediately following the Budget last June in order to restore its value in terms of motoring to the £10 it was worth in July 1978; what reply he has sent; and if he will make a statement.
