§ Mr. David MitchellThe precise call on public funds of the TUC microelectronics study trip to the United States of America has yet to be worked out but will be under £15,000. The following members of the TUC economic committee made the study visit: Mr. D. Basnett, Mr. F. Chapple, Mr. K. Gill, Mr. J. Gormley, Mr. C. Jenkins, Mr. W. Sirs, Mr. D. Lea and Mr. B. Callaghan. The visit took place between 13 and 20 October. We have received reports on the outcome from our posts and the TUC has submited a report on the visit to NEDC.
