§ Mr. Cleggasked the Attorney-General whether he has made any estimate of the length of time added to trials when particulars of a jury panel have been given to the Crown or the defence.
The Attorney-GeneralThe making of a check on the jury panel does not itself extend the length of the trial on the very rare occasions it is undertaken.
