§ Sir Nicholas Bonsorasked the Lord Privy Seal when it is expected that British subjects who had financial interests in hotels in Cyprus will be compensated, in the light of the fact that a number of owners of other types of property in Cyprus have now had the level of their compensation agreed.
§ Mr. LuceThe Turkish Cypriot Claims Commission has so far approved compensation only in respect of claims from individual private property owners. The Commission has said that commercial claims will not be dealt with until consideration of all other claims has been completed, which will not be for some months.
