§ Mr. FreesonThe board agreed minimum criteria for registration at its meeting on 31 October 1978, subject to a reservation by the Federation of Associations of Specialists and Sub-contractors which represent the interests of the Federation of Master Builders on the board. A copy of the criteria was sent direct to the Federation of Master Builders on 12 January 1979.

§ Mr. FreesonThis is one of the matters still to be considered by the Board and in doing so it will bear in mind the need to maintain consistency throughout the industry. The Board has already made plain that its proposed criteria would not require firms applying for registration to be members of an employers' or trade association.
