§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Employment what has been the total expenditure of public funds on secretarial training under TOPS in each year since the inception of that scheme.
§ Mr. Golding, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 5 March 1979; Vol. 963, c. 441], gave the following information.
I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the total expenditure on training fees and allowances for secretarial training is estimated as follows:
