§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Keighley of 21 February, if he will make a statement on the letter of 20 February from Mr. D. O. Jenkins of the Health and Safety Executive to the North Shropshire district council to the effect that there was some doubt as to the precise meaning of schedule 1, paragraph 1, line 1, of the regulations.
