(4) what is the reason for the division of the private capital in the De Lorean project between the De Lorean company and a research partnership;
(5) if the De Lorean research partnership supplies the Department of Commerce and the Northern Ireland Development Agency with quarterly management accounts within two months of the end of each quarter and with detailed audited annual accounts within four months of the end of the financial year.
