§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the chemical and allied products industry training board has conducted a major study of the manpower needs of its industry into the 1980s, and has taken developments in biotechnology and related key manpower requirements into account. The results of the study, which was pursued in the United Kingdom, Japan and the United States of America, are currently being analysed.
