§ Mr. WigginMy right hon. Friend's proposal for a 5 per cent. devaluation of the green pound should help to improve the competitive position of the milk industry in the United Kingdom, and the Government will continue to ensure that imported milk has to conform with the standards of hygiene we regard as being necessary.
