asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the latest estimated total cost of the proposed move of the Property Services Agency from Croydon to Teesside; and if he will give urgent reconsideration to the proposal.

In the course of the Government's reappraisal of the dispersal programme announced by my right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Civil Service Department on 11 June, we shall be reviewing the move of the agency's headquarters to Teesside and establishing the real costs.

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list in the Official Report those properties occupied by the Property Services Agency for its own purposes and give the total area of space in each property, together with the date when occupation commenced.
