§ Mr. John Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Wales what changes he now plans in the estimated starting dates of the A55 dualling and the remaining sections of the M4.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsMy right hon. Friend's intention is to give first priority to completing the M4 and dualling the A55. He has authorised start of work on improvements east of Abergele and at the Casino junction. He has no present plans to change the starting dates of schemes firmly programmed for the years 1979 to 1983, but is reviewing the progress of schemes still in the preparation pool.
