Mr. Cook

asked the Solicitor-General for Scotland how many prosecutions there have been for failure to comply with directions or byelaws made by virtue of section 385 of the Burgh Police (Scotland) Act 1892 which gives district and islands councils powers to prohibit or regulate public processions.
