Mr. Cook

asked the Solicitor-General for Scotland how many prosecutions there have been under section 182 of the Aberdeen Corporation (General Powers) Order Confirmation Act 1938 or section 184 of the Edinburgh Corporation Confirmation Act 1967 which relate to the giving of notice by organisers of demonstrations or parades.

The Solicitor-General for Scotland

So far as I am aware there have been no recent prosecutions for contraventions of either section 182 of the Aberdeen Corporation (General Powers) Order Confirmation Act 1938 or section 184 of the Edinburgh Corporation Confirmation Act 1967.
