§ Dr. BoysonI refer the hon. Member to the answer given yesterday by my right hon. and learned Friend to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Preston, North (Mr. Atkins). The committee's terms of reference require it to give early and particular attention to the educational needs and attainments of pupils of West Indian origin and to make interim recommendations as soon as possible.
