HC Deb 27 July 1979 vol 971 c547W
Mr. Ray Powell

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement regarding the sale of the Bwlch mountain in Ogmore Valley and present details of rights of way for motorists and pedestrians including thousands of tourists using this area of Ogmore.

Mr. Nicholas Edwards

There is no public access except by footpath to that part of Bwlch mountain which is held by the Forestry Commission and is being surrendered with other parcels of leasehold land to the occupiers and freeholders of Nantymoel Farm. Information on public footpaths and on the extensive area of common land in Ogmore district is held by Mid-Glamorgan County Council. There are no other rights of way so far as I am aware.
