§ Mr. KingUnder existing arrangements the grant period is extended annually, after the first five years, up to a further five-year period. These extensions are announced in the relevant urban programme circulars. The Government are reviewing the traditional urban programme as a whole: any changes to these arrangements will be announced in good time.
