§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will be holding a local public inquiry into the objections to the proposals of the Humberside magistrates' courts committee for reorganisation of the petty sessional divisions in Humberside.
§ Mr. WhitelawI shall not decide whether a local inquiry is needed until I have considered the objections and any observations on them by the magistrates' courts committee.
