§ Mr. Snapeasked the Minister of Transport if he is able to give an estimate of the number of lorries and buses which are evading payment of vehicle excise duty, either in full or in part, by under-declaring the unladen weight of the vehicle, and of the ensuing revenue loss to the Exchequer.
