§ Mr. Snapeasked the Minister of Transport if he is satisfied that the direct allocation of only 15 per cent. of new construction costs to buses and lorries in estimating public road track costs is adequate in view of frequent statements 81W that two major aims of the road programme are to remove heavy traffic from towns and villages and to provide more efficient access to factories and ports.
