§ Sir Bernard Braineasked the Secretary of State for Employment when the promised information about current legislation relating to liquefied gas terminals in the United States of America and the Netherlands and about research into the behaviour of liquefied gases which might have a bearing on the siting of such terminals will be sent to the hon. Member for Essex, South-East.
§ Mr. Mayhew, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 20 June 1979] gave the following answer:
It has taken some considerable time to assemble the information required. I am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that he has now written to my hon. Friend outlining the current position on the points raised.
