asked the Secretary of State for Energy when he proposes to publish the annual statement, Brown Book, on North Sea oil and gas resources.

Mr. Gray

I propose to publish the annual report on the development of the oil and gas resources of the United Kingdom, the Brown Book, in the next week or so.
