- (iii) what is the estimated annual expenditure on construction of reservoirs between now and the year 2000.
§ Baroness STEDMAN(i) The estimated construction cost of Kielder reservoir excluding ancillary works is £38.8m at 1978 Survey prices.
(ii) Water undertakers in England and Wales plan to construct the following reservoirs subject, where appropriate, to their obtaining the necessary statutory powers. The estimated costs are for the reservoirs only and do not include costs of ancillary works.
