§ Mr. Edward Lyonsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will appoint a representative of the Environmental Health Officers' Association to the Commission on Energy and the Environment.
§ Mr. Fox: No; the members are not generally appointed on a representative basis. However the association has been invited to submit supplementary evidence to the commission's coal study on issues of special concern to it.
